After a Strong 2021, Hedge Funds Report Mixed Returns

 

With the difficult start in 2022, the PivotalPath Composite Index slid just 0.2 percent in April – while the S&P 500 declined 8.7 percent and the Nasdaq slid 13.3 percent.

While our comprehensive indices illustrated smaller declines than others, the takeaway is consistent: despite losses, a diversified portfolio of hedge funds once again protected investors from many of the steep declines felt across the markets.
