Sandra S. Wijnberg Former Partner, Chief Administrative Officer and Member of the Board of Aquiline Holdings
Ms. Wijnberg is a Former Partner, Chief Administrative Officer and Member of the Board of Aquiline Holdings, a registered investment advisor managing approximately $3.0 billion in private equity funds. Ms. Wijnberg retired from Aquiline in 2015 and currently acts as an executive advisor to the firm. From 2000 to 2006, Ms. Wijnberg was SVP & Chief Financial Officer of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc., a global professional and financial services company. Previously, she was the SVP, Treasurer and Interim CFO of YUM Brands, Inc. and held senior financial management roles at PepsiCo, Inc. The first twelve years of her professional career were in progressively senior roles in investment banking and firm management, working for Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers and predecessor firms.
Ms. Wijnberg currently serves on the Board of Directors of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. and of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. She served on the Board of Directors of Tyco International plc from 2003 to 2016, and on the Board of Directors of TE Connectivity Ltd. from 2007 to 2009. She has also served on several private portfolio company boards on behalf of funds managed by Aquiline.
From 2014 to 2015, Ms. Wijnberg took a leave of absence from Aquiline to work at the behest of the US State Department at the Office of the Quartet (OQ), based in Jerusalem, where she was the Deputy Head of Mission. She is also a trustee of The John Simon Guggenheim Foundation and the Chairman of Spark MicroGrants, and a member of the board of Seeds of Peace.
Ms. Wijnberg earned an M.B.A from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business and a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
